Wooden Shoe Gardens, located at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn.  A very large and beautiful wedding venue that can accommodate a large outdoor wedding.  A facility that offers many amenities for events.
Good for: A good location for a couple that would like to bring in their own catering company.  The facility has in indoor prep kitchen and a very large walk-in cooler available with event rental.  Site offers plenty of parking and is great for a large outdoor wedding of 300+.
Limitations: Distance from Portland is about a 45 minute drive and location is remote in the country.  Tulips are only in bloom in the spring, but the facilities are beautifully landscaped for the summer wedding season.  The Tulip Farm can accommodate requests for engagement photo sessions in the spring while tulips are in bloom.
