Cupcake Displays with Small Cutting Cakes
Brides are finding that a cupcake display is a no-fuss way to cut and distribute wedding cake. For more traditional brides, add a small cutting cake on the top, or to the side for the cake cutting photo.

Colored Shoes for the Bride
A great way to personalize your wedding ensemble is with colored shoes.  No more white satin pumps only for brides these days.

Dessert Bars and Candy Displays
Wedding guests are loving the trend of dessert and candy displays.  Add small bags or boxes for a do-it-yourself party favor.  Nice for guests to have a sweet treat while waiting for the cake to be cut.

Photo Booth Fun
Many couples are opting for a do-it-yourself photo booth or photo frame to capture pictures of their guests.  Have a family friend or a budding photographer there to snap the photos.

"Trash the Dress" Photos
Not as bad as it sounds, but some brides or wedding couples are choosing to have photos taken a week or up to one year after the wedding to capture some artistic photos that they could not accomplish on the day of the wedding.  Some "Trash the Dress" photos can be extreme!

 Second Dress for Reception
Some brides may choose to change out of their formal wedding gown for the reception into a second dress, a party/cocktail dress for dancing.

Colored Accents on Wedding Dresses
Modern brides are adding a bit of color to their wedding dresses with ribbon and sashes.  A good way to coordinate your wedding colors and a splash of color can be beautiful in wedding photos.

Suits Instead of Tuxedos for the Groomsmen
Many wedding couples are opting for the classic mens suit, or shirts and vests with ties, or shirts and ties, instead of tuxedos.  A good choice for summer and outdoor weddings.

Short Dresses for Bridesmaids
Seeing primarily knee length and cocktail style dresses for bridesmaids.  A great choice for summer weddings and for bridesmaids to be able to wear again.

Country Inspired Wedding Themes
"Country  Inspired" was a popular theme over the Summer 2010 wedding season.  The theme was reflected in location, decor, food and photographs.  A throw-back to simpler times, but with a great design and fashion aesthetic.

Black Bridesmaids Dresses
A trend that continues to be popular is for bridesmaids to wear black and many times to select the dress silhouette that best suits their body type.  Classic black a great choice for bridesmaids to be able to wear their dress again.
